Professional Mac repair due to a logic board problem, any suggestions?

I believe my short in the MacBook Pro is a logic board. I require professional mac repair that specializes in the M-series chips and does not merely recommend to replace the entire top case. I am considering devicefixes since they consider data privacy. Do they do high-level repairs or can I continue searching?
